Mitzie is a gorgeous 3 month old german shepherd puppy who currently weighs 11.5 pounds.  Mitzie and her 7 siblings were dumped onto the streets without their mother when their owners decided they did not want them.  By the time a rescue organization discovered them, only three were left, the other five had perished.
