Isabelle is a 4 month old Maltese who currently weighs 9.9 pounds.  We estimate her DOB to be 10-28-16.  Isabelle and her siblings, Harri, Michelle and Michael were rescued from the streets of Rosarito, Mexico after being dumped by their owner.  The puppies were taken to a nearby rescue in Puerto Nuevo, Mexico where they have thrived.  Isabelle is now ready to find a permanent home and hopes she will be adopted by a family who will spend tons of time with her and give her plenty of love.  If you would like to meet Isabelle,  please go to our website www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org to submit an application.  Isabelle will be up to date on all vaccines, be spayed and microchipped by the time her adoption is complete.  Her adoption fee is $350.
