Tobias is a 4 year old Bassett Hound currently weighing 49 pounds.  His estimated DOB is 7-7-13.  Tobias was rescued from the streets of Tijuana, Mexico and taken to a rescue in Puerto Nuevo, Mexico.  He has done well at the rescue and enjoys playing with the other dogs.  He also gets along with children.  We are not sure how he feels about cats.  Tobias is now ready to find his permanent home and will be a wonderful addition to any household.  If you would like to meet Tobias,  please go to our website www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org to submit an application.  Tobias will be up to date on all vaccines, be neutered and microchipped by the time his adoption is complete.  His adoption fee is $300.
