Meet our Ceasar, a one year old black and white terrier with the cutest face and only weighs 12 lbs.   His date of birth is estimated at around April 22, 2017 .  This little guy was rescued from a community called  Santa Fe, near Rosarito Beach in  Mexico and so instead of dodging cars and looking for scraps to eat , he is now in a foster home in San Diego and  looking for that perfect family who loves the terrier breed.  He has medium length hair so will need to be brushed.  He gets along with dogs and children and would love to go to the beach and dog parks and even have a yard to run around in...  If you would like to meet Ceasar,  please go to our website www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org to submit an application.    Ceasar is up to date on all of his vaccines, has been neutered and micro chipped.  His adoption fee is $250.
