Carlotta is a beautiful female border collie mix with a black & white silky smooth coat.  She was born approximately March 1, 2014 and weighs 16 lbs. Carlotta was rescued in Tijuana without her Mom unfortunately she is the only one of the litter to survive but the good news is she is healthy and ready for her new forever home.  Carlotta gets along well with other dogs, cars and kids.  Loves to play with toys and loves to play with her foster brothers.  She will make someone a great companion.  Will you give Carlotta the forever home she so well deserves?  She is up to date on her vaccines, microchipped and spayed.
