Charles is a cute boy born approximately May 15, 2014.  He was rescued along with his siblings south of Ensenada, Mexico.  They have been in a wonderful foster home and they are all happy, healthy and ready for their forever homes.  Charles has been neutered, microchipped and current vaccines.
