Mitsie is a beautiful 3 month old Rottweiler mix with possibly some pit bull in her.  She currently weighs 14 pounds and has a brindle coat.  We estimate her DOB to be 9-7-16.  Mitsie was rescued off the streets of Tijuana, Mexico after nearly being hit by a car.  Her rescuer took her to a local rescue where she has been staying and thriving.  If you would like to meet Mitsie, please fill out an application by going to www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org.  Mitsie will be up to date on all vaccines, be spayed and microchipped by the time her adoption is complete.  Her adoption fee is $350.
