Baxter is a tiny little terrier born approximately 9-29-16 and currently weighing 5 pounds.  He was rescued along with his sister, Babs, off the streets in Mexico after a family decided they did not want the puppies any longer.  Baxter is thriving at the rescue and is now ready to find his permanent home.  He would love to find a forever family who will love him and shower him with attention.  If you would like to meet Baxter,  please go to our website www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org to submit an application.  Baxter will be up to date on all vaccines, be neutered and microchipped by the time his adoption is final.  His adoption fee is $350.
