3 1/2 month old Elsa was rescued along with her three siblings, Dixie, Miles and Louie, and her mother, from an abandoned house in Mexico.  Their family had moved from the house leaving the puppies and their mother to fend for themselves.  Elsa and her siblings were taken to a rescue in Puerto Nuevo where they have been growing like weeds.  The puppies are lab mixes.  Elsa currently weighs 9 pounds and we estimate her DOB to be 10-11-16.   Elsa is now ready to find her forever home and she will make a wonderful addition to any family.  If you would like to meet Elsa,  please go to our website www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org to submit an application.  Elsa will be up to date on all vaccines, be spayed and microchipped by the time her adoption is complete.  Her adoption fee is $350.
