Ely is a 5 month old lab mix weighing 23 pounds.  We estimate his DOB is 9-12-16.  Ely was rescued from another rescue home in Mexico that was unable to provide proper care for their dogs.  Ely was taken to another rescue in Puerto Nuevo, Mexico where he has thrived.  Ely is a very sweet boy and gets along with everyone; dogs, cats and children.  He is now ready to find his permanent home and he hopes a nice family with plenty of time to spend on him will adopt him.  If you would like to meet Ely,  please go to our website www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org to submit an application.  Ely will be up to date on all vaccines, be neutered and microchipped by the time his adoption is complete.  His adoption fee is $350.
