Mona is a 4 1/2 month old white Spaniel mix who was rescued with her mother Portia and brothers Milhouse and Arlen from an abandoned house in Otay.  We estimate Mona's DOB to be 11-24-16.  Mona and her family were taken to a rescue in Puerto Nuevo, Mexico where she has grown by leaps and bounds.  Mona hopes a family chooses her who will love and coddle her and spend lots of time with her.  If you would like to meet Mona,  please go to our website www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org to submit an application.  Mona will be up to date on all vaccines, be spayed and microchipped by the time her adoption is complete.  Her adoption fee is $350.
