Blackwell is a three year old Cairn Terrier mix who currently weighs 25 pounds.  Blackwell's owner was admitted to a convalescent hospital due to dementia and a family friend took Blackwell and another dog into her home.  However, the dogs were left outside in the heat as the friend's husband would not allow the dogs into the home so A local organization, Petlovers, asked St. Pacos to take the dogs in.  Blackwell is a wonderful dog.  He walks great on a leash and likes other dogs.  He loves to be the center of attention and just sit by your chair.    Blackwell is currently in foster care and is hopeful he can find a permanent home soon.  If you would like to meet Blackwell,  please go to our website www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org to submit an application.   Blackwell is up to date on all vaccines, is neutered and microchipped.  His adoption fee is $250.
