Ozzie is a 15 month old Pug currently weighing 15 pounds.  His estimated DOB is 11-1-16.  Ozzie was rescued in Santa Fe, Mexico and taken to a rescue in Puerto Nuevo, Mexico.  Ozzie was in pretty bad shape when he was rescued.  He had been found in a trash can by a good samaritan suffering from a head injury.   The vet speculated that he had been hit on the head with a hammer.  He was also underweight and it looked like whoever had him had been starving him.  Ozzie was at the vet for about one month and now is in a foster home in San Diego.  His foster says that he was pretty fearful when he first came to her but is now starting to relax.  If you would like to meet Ozzie,  please go to our website www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org to submit an application.  Ozzie is up to date on all vaccines, has been neutered and micro chipped.  His adoption fee is $300.
