Elssa is a 15 month old Husky/Malamute mix currently weighing 33 pounds.  Her estimated DOB is 12-16-17.  Elssa was found hiding underneath a car in a town in Mexico.  She was then taken to a rescue in Rosarito, Mexico where she has settled in and is doing well.  Elssa is now ready to find her permanent home and we think she will find the perfect family soon.  If you would like to meet Elssa,  please go to our website www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org to submit an application.  Elssa has already been spayed, is current on all vaccinations and is micro chipped.  Her adoption fee is $200.
