Meet Tara a black and tan shepherd mix that is approximately 3 years old and weighs 20 lbs.  She was an owner surrender to the vet to be put down as they did not want her any longer but he convinced them to let him have her.  She is playful and loving life girl.  Tara is fully vaccinated, spayed and microchipped.
