Please meet Tico a cute 1 year old terrier mix that weighs 9 lbs of all male.  Tico is a sweet boy who is shy a first minute or two and then he is very loving.  Tico does get along with other dogs and people but not sure about children as he was not raised around them.  He was rescued in Playas de Tijuana.  Tico is fully vaccinated, microchip and neutered.
