Meet Mikey a 4 month old Chihuahua/Jack Russell Mix that weighs 6 lbs.  He gets along with other dogs and persons (not sure about cats).  He loves to play with his toys and rough house with his foster mates.  Mikey is up to date in his vaccines, microchip and neutered.
