Please meet Rafaela a 1 1/2 year old Chihuahua Mix with a brindle and white coat and weighs 9 lbs.  She is sweet and gets along with other dogs and persons.  Rafaela is vaccinated, microchip and spayed.

Rafaela will be attending the event at PetSmart in Beaverton on Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 10 AM to 3 PM and Sunday, September 10, 2023 from 11 AM to 4 PM.  You can also get pre-approved by submitting an online application at woofsandwagsdogrescue.rescuegroups.org.
