Meet Thelma! Thelma was abandoned as a very small puppy with her sister, Lulu, in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico. They were both found in a yard next to the beach where someone had tossed them over the property wall. Fortunately, they were both in good health and were quickly rescued, so Thelma has had great care and is growing into a gorgeous young girl. Thelma looks like a mastiff mix, so she is going to be a big girl, but she has the sweetest personality and loves to be picked up and cuddled! She is playful, gets along well with her other foster puppy friends, and would like to have a home of her own where she can grow into a big girl with a family who loves her. Thelma is being fostered in San Diego, CA, and is available for adoption and can be transported to her new home anywhere on the US West Coast and Canada.
