Meet Lucky, the lucky dog rescued south of Ensenada Mexico as he was dodging cars.

Lucky is about two years old and weighs around 25 lbs. His groomer believes he is Tibitan Terrier mix, probably Lhasa Apso.  He coat does not tangle and he loves to be brushed and combed.  He is black with white chest.  He loves to play with other dogs and would love to be in a home where he can go to a dog park and the beach and enjoy exercise.
