Blair is a four month old, 18 pound lab mix currently residing with a foster in Cantu, Mexico.  Blair was taken into St Pacos Rescue after being found with her litter mates stuffed into a big dog food bag and slung over a horse being ridden by a man who said he was told to get rid of all the puppies.  Blair is a very sweet little girl who loves everyone and wags her tail vigorously when anyone comes into her enclosure.  She has been spayed, micro chipped and has all her vaccines.  If you would like to meet Blair, please go to our website www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org to submit an application.  Blair's adoption fee is $300.
