Roscoe appears to be a beagle mix who is around three months old and currently weighs 4 pounds.  He was found wandering the streets of Tijuana with Millie, another puppy now in the same rescue.  Roscoe was seen by a local vet right away to assure he was healthy.  Roscoe is now working on getting the hang of potty training and is ready for a loving adoptive family to come forward to claim him.  He's such a sweetheart we're sure he won't be at the rescue long.  If you would like to meet Roscoe, please go to our website www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org to submit an application.  Roscoe will be up to date on all vaccines, be neutered and microchipped by the time of his adoption.  Roscoe's adoption fee is $300.
