Rosemary has just arrived at the rescue and is doing well.  She came from Tijuana, Mexico where her life was not very easy.  She's now gotten all of her medical needs taken care of  (shots, spay, microchip, etc.) and she is ready to roll (find her forever home).  Rosemary is the cutest little girl and we are sure she won't hang with us very long.  She is very sweet and gets along with other dogs and cats.  If you would like to meet Rosemary,  please go to our website www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org to submit an application.  Rosemary's adoption fee is $300
